strapped in

Too long. Way too long.

I didn’t realize until I was editing my links to see that it’s been almost 5 months since my last post. I didn’t start this blog to let things slide like that, and I think it’s been in part a case of real-world challenges that get in the way from time to time. There’s lots I could talk about but I just couldn’t get the writing mojo starting.

Around home, things are as interesting as ever when it comes to dynamics. Both myself and my wife are in long-term relationships with submissive partners, except that I don’t share mine and she doesn’t share hers. For myself, it’s been 16 months with my pet. We watch over each other, guide each other on our D/s journey, and we love each other too. Yes, it was a while, but the L-word has been said, and we’re the same people we were before it was said.

We’ve had a little less frequency to have one-to-one time over the last several weeks, but when we’ve had the opportunity, we’ve made the most of it. She’s come to me with some ideas that I may have never expected her to have, but when she says them, it makes me lick my lips with a “I could have FUN with this” anticipation.

I’m not a bondage top by any means and I don’t know if I’m going to ever become well-versed with rope play. That being said, I have some thoughts about how to put one’s pet in her place. Bondage straps are useful things that can wrap around each corner of a four-poster bed. She’s got the straps, I’ve got the cuffs. I want to take advantage of what’s available to me in the best ways possible, to keep her in her place so she does not move. The same cuffs are also in need of a 4-strap hogtie. It has been a while since I looked at toys and found something I wanted that wasn’t similar to anything I had. A hogtie 4-strap forces her legs and arms to be immobile.

Very convenient for her Sir. Also very convenient if I want to leave her alone, tease her, deprive her. I wouldn’t do the last thing now, would I?
